Job Requirements Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following: Examines customer vehicles. Identifies necessary vehicle repairs and maintenance. Maintains their personal Fixed First Visit score at or above manufacturer standards. Estimates cost of repairs. Performs vehicle repairs and maintenance. Performs services efficiently and according to dealership guidelines. Follows dealership and manufacturer service guidelines. Requests necessary parts. Follows Safeguards rules and regulations. Other duties may be assigned. Job Requirements: We are looking for a team player with a positive attitude! A track record of excellent fixed first visit scores is required. A technician that averages high hours per hour due to effective use of multi point, inspections and video multi point inspections. At least 2 years of Automotive Technician experience. Stellantis / Chrysler experience beneficial. A great attendance record. A high level of motivation and demonstrated ability to learn and succeed. Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information. Proven knowledge of vehicle mechanical operations. Professional appearance. Valid in-state driver’s license with good driving record.
