Assistant General Manager

Ireland’s Four Courts, one of the premier Irish pubs and soccer destinations in the Washington, D.C. area, is looking for an exceptional AGM with a path to GM

What we’re looking for:

Hands on manager
Proven restaurant management experience
POS and Operational expertise
Experience growing catering and managing private events
outstanding customer service
Ability to lead busy shifts with confidence and professionalism
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Schedule, including nights, weekends, and major sporting events

Responsibilities include:

Leading and motivating front-of-house staff
Ability to multitask
Maintaining high service standards
Assisting with staffing, training, scheduling, and daily operations
Working closely with ownership and management to continue building one of the area’s most respected pubs
Manage a busy Weekly events with soccer, college football and NFL , Beer Bingo, Pub Quiz , Karaoke and Live Music
