Excellence in Dentistry - Madison and Cottage Grove (dual location role) is currently hiring for a highly motivated full-time Dental Assistant that is passionate about providing excellent oral healthcare!

Excellence in Dentistry is patient-focused with an emphasis on five-star service for each patient. We give our assistants the time they need to provide the dental care that they will be proud of. We have a fantastic team led by Dr. Ed Batchelor and Dr. Jeremie Sauve, along with an amazing culture!

Salary:

• $20/hr - $26/hr
• Based on experience

Office Hours:

• Monday (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM) clinical hours
• Tuesday (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM) clinical hours
• Wednesday (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM) clinical hours
• Thursday (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM) clinical hours
• No Fridays or weekends!!!

Duties and Responsibilities:

• • Chair-side assisting
  • Setting up treatment rooms in preparation for patients
  • Taking down and cleaning treatment rooms
  • Instrument sterilization
  • Stocking and cleaning treatment rooms, sterilization, and lab
  • Patient follow up calls
  • Taking x-rays and 3D images

Position Requirements:

• • Excellent verbal and written skills
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; able to manage priorities and workflow with attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to deal effectively with multiple personalities at all levels
  • Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm
