As a Cheer caregiver, your role involves providing compassionate home care services to the elderly and disabled. A large part of your role is providing companionship, personal care, homemaking, and transportation services to older adults. Your vibrant personality and exceptional skills will make a positive difference in the lives of seniors and adults with disabilities. Responsibilities Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as personal care (bathing, grooming, toileting), meal prep, medication reminders, and light housekeeping. Provide transportation services to clients for medical appointments. Offer specialized care (Dementia Care, Alzheimer’s Care, Parkinson’s Care, Hospice Care). Monitor and report any changes in clients' health or behavior to the appropriate personnel. Requirements Cell phone with internet access. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to demonstrate empathy, patience, and compassion toward others. Certifications preferred but not required: CNA, HHA, CPR, First Aid, AED.
