Learning Path ABA Services is actively looking for a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) in Grand Blanc, Michigan. We are a new and growing ABA provider dedicated to delivering ethical, high‑quality, family‑centred services to children with autism. Important Details Of The Role Salary: $30 / hour Work Setting: Clinic‑Based & In‑Home Reports To: BCBA/Clinical Director Benefits: Healthcare benefits available after 90 days New Graduate BCaBA’s Welcome to Apply Job Responsibilities Conduct assessments, including FBAs and skill‑based assessments. Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans and BIPs. Supervise and support RBTs/BTs in center‑based and in‑home settings. Review data and monitor client progress to guide treatment decisions. Provide caregiver training and collaborate with schools and community partners. Ensure documentation and services meet insurance requirements. Maintain compliance with BACB Ethics Code and Learning Path ABA Services policies. Qualifications Active BCaBA certification. Master’s degree in ABA or a related field. Experience with or willingness to learn GHS/Medicaid processes. Strong communication, organization, and clinical skills.
