Description Full-time in-patient Clinical position, located in Rutland, MA. Monday-Friday, Daytime, with on-call rotation. The pay for this position starts at $61,200/yr up to $67,484/yr depending on experience and education. $3,000 Sign-on Bonus. Devereux Massachusetts is seeking a clinician for their Girls Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) Program in Rutland, MA. The West Side program is a campus-based residential program, which serves female‑identified and gender‑diverse youth age 13 through 21 with mental/behavioral health and trauma disorders. The clinician is responsible for individual, group, and family therapy, risk assessment, consultation to the multi-disciplinary team, and positively interfaces with external agencies. The primary clinical treatment model for this program is Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), with TF‑CBT being utilized as the stage 2 treatment and all interventions are embedded within a trauma‑informed care milieu. The ideal candidate will have training and experience in DBT and/or CBT, facilitating clinical groups, and exposure to trauma‑informed care or training in TF‑CBT. Devereux provides the clinician with access to ongoing training in DBT and other evidence‑based treatment models, with opportunities to pursue agency‑supported certification as a DBT therapist. The clinician also participates in a weekly DBT consult group with other practitioners providing DBT interventions within other programs. Qualifications Must be 21 years of age. Valid driver's license required. Masters Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Applied Behavior Analysis, Social Work or related field required. Must have relevant behavioral experience. Must be able to attend a 2‑week paid orientation, Monday to Friday, 8AM to 4PM, in Rutland, MA.
