Influencer Partnerships Manager

Location: New York, NY | Hybrid – 2 days per week in office

Base Salary: $90,000–$95,000

We are partnering with a global performance marketing agency to hire an Influencer Partnerships Manager to lead the day-to-day execution of influencer and creator campaigns across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and UGC.

This is a hands-on role for someone who has built their career specifically within influencer marketing, creator partnerships or creator campaigns at an agency. You should be comfortable managing campaigns from the initial creator search all the way through contracting, content approvals, launch and performance reporting.

This is not a broad social media or general marketing position. We are looking for someone whose current or recent role has been heavily focused on working directly with creators and managing influencer campaigns for clients.

What You'll Do

• Manage multiple influencer and creator campaigns from kickoff through completion.
• Develop creator strategies based on client objectives, audience and campaign KPIs.
• Research, identify and source relevant creators across TikTok, Instagram and YouTube.
• Lead creator outreach, negotiations, contracting and campaign coordination.
• Develop creator briefs and communicate campaign expectations, timelines and deliverables.
• Manage relationships with creators, talent managers, influencer agencies and UGC partners.
• Review creator content and coordinate feedback and approvals between clients and creators.
• Keep campaigns organized and ensure deliverables are completed accurately and on schedule.
• Monitor campaign performance and help translate results into recommendations for clients.
• Partner directly with clients and internal teams across strategy, media and account management.
• Help improve influencer and UGC workflows, creator databases and campaign processes.

What We're Looking For

• 3–6 years of professional experience, with the majority of that experience focused on influencer marketing, creator partnerships or creator campaign management.
• Current or recent agency experience strongly preferred, ideally working across multiple client accounts.
• Hands-on experience managing influencer campaigns from creator sourcing and outreach through contracting, content approvals and reporting.
• Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram and YouTube creators and how brands use each platform.
• Experience communicating directly with creators, talent managers and clients.
• Experience negotiating creator rates, deliverables and usage rights.
• Comfortable managing several campaigns, creators and deadlines at the same time.
• Familiarity with platforms such as CreatorIQ, Klear, GRIN, Aspire, Captiv8 or similar creator-management tools.
• Understanding of performance metrics such as engagement, reach, conversions, CPA, ROAS or affiliate performance.
• Strong communication, organization and project-management skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience working with e-commerce, DTC, lifestyle, CPG or beverage clients.
• Experience with paid amplification, whitelisting, affiliate or performance-based creator campaigns.
• Experience working with both traditional influencers and UGC creators.
