Sr. Data Analyst

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys turning complex data into actionable insights and collaborating across teams to improve data-driven solutions. You’ll be responsible for analyzing healthcare data, identifying trends, and supporting the development of features that improve risk adjustment performance. What You’ll Do Analyze large healthcare data sets to generate clear and meaningful insights. Collaborate with product, engineering, and analytics teams to improve software solutions. Provide data-driven recommendations to support new product features and business strategies. Build and optimize data models that enhance performance and reporting capabilities. Translate raw data into user-friendly dashboards and reports for stakeholders. Participate in gathering requirements and offer input on best practices for data use. Work with cross-functional teams, including customer success and advisory, to solve data-related challenges. What We’re Looking For Education: Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Healthcare Analytics, Finance, or a related field. Experience: 3+ years of experience with Python (Jupyter), SQL, or SAS. 3+ years of analytics or business intelligence experience in the healthcare industry. Strong knowledge of SQL for creating and updating stored procedures. Familiarity with healthcare payer/provider claims or quality data. Risk adjustment experience (preferred). Skills: Ability to turn raw data into clear, actionable insights. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau.
