Job Description

· Oversee and lead all operations of a 325-person plastic injection molding facility

· Directly manage six production supervisors, one maintenance manager, and one maintenance supervisor

· Indirectly supervise approximately 250 hourly employees across three shifts

· Drive production performance and spearhead continuous improvement initiatives

· Collaborate with the leadership team to establish, monitor, and achieve KPIs and key operational metrics

Key Requirements

· Experience in injection molding operations is strongly preferred

· Proven leadership experience managing operations within a larger-sized manufacturing plant
