In turn, each employee shares in the responsibility of strengthening those around them.DescriptionGraham Capital Management, L.P. is seeking a Financial Planning Manager to join our Corporate Accounting, Trading Services group, who will report to the Managing Director of Corporate Finance. The ideal candidate possesses a strong finance and analytical mindset. The candidate should be detail oriented and highly organized to manage several functions including trader compensation and financial planning/forecasting.ResponsibilitiesMaintain and administer trader compensation databaseCalculate trader compensation on a monthly and annual basisSupport monthly financial reporting and planning initiatives, as well as ad hoc projectsCollaborate with Corporate Accounting team and auditors to complete year end audits for domestic and international entitiesRequirements4+ years of relevant finance/accounting experience within a hedge fund, including responsibility for trader compensation, financial reporting, and analysisBachelor's degree in finance and/or accountingStrong analytical and modelling skills to effectively breakdown and map out legal compensation agreementsStrong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively and succinctly present relevant data and issuesCompetent technology and data knowledge base to efficiently extract and manipulate data for reporting and analysisA team player with excellent project and time management skills to effectively work with our partnersThis role requires that all employees commute into our Rowayton, CT office Monday through Friday, and work 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.The anticipated base salary range for this position is $170,000 to $215,000.
