This role focuses on automation, intelligent workflows, and user-centric experiences, enabling scalable governance, improved data usability, and reduced manual effort through AI.What You'll DoDefine and execute the roadmap for AI-enabled governance and data governance platform capabilitiesIdentify and deliver high-impact use cases, including:Automated onboardingMetadata enrichment and classificationWorkflow automation and policy enforcementData discovery and recommendationsDesign agentic workflows that:Automate multi-step governance processesIntegrate across platforms (Databricks, Snowflake, Collibra, Glue)Define requirements for:LLM-powered features (search, recommendations, metadata interpretation)RAG-based knowledge and discovery experiencesPartner with engineering and platform teams to:Translate product needs into technical solutionsDefine success metrics (accuracy, adoption, efficiency, cost)Improve user experience and adoption through:Simplified workflowsEmbedded AI capabilitiesIntuitive data discoveryManage and scale a governance product delivery teamPartner with engineering, enterprise data office, business, and domain teams to deliver governance outcomesBasic Qualifications -Technical Product Management experienceQualifications Required8–12+ years in product management, data governance platforms, or AI-driven productsExperience building or scaling data governance platform productsStrong product management skills:Roadmap definitionPrioritizationStakeholder alignmentExperience working with:AI/ML or LLM-based systemsData platforms (Databricks, Snowflake)Metadata, governance, or workflow-driven systemsAbility to:Define AI use cases and product requirementsWork closely with engineering teams to deliver solutionsSuccess in This Role You will be successful if you:Deliver AI-powered features that reduce manual effort and improve efficiencyEnable scalable, automated governance workflows across data governance platformsBuild products that are intuitive, reliable, and production-readyYou ask 'why' before 'how' and can zoom in and out between strategic and technical perspectives.You prioritize ruthlessly and measure success in terms of outcomes, not output.You can tell a compelling data story to leadership & be an example of the potential of AI to transform data governance.Operate as a strong partner across business and engineeringThis role requires working from a U.S. Bank location three (3) or more days per week.If there's anything we can do to accommodate a disability during any portion of the application or hiring process, please refer to our disability accommodations for applicants.Our approach to benefits and total rewards considers our team members' whole selves and what may be needed to thrive in and outside work.
