This position is for individuals looking to develop leadership skills and gain experience through outside sales, production/warehouse management, office management, and service management, ultimately preparing you for career advancement within the company. Key Responsibilities Include: Rotate through departments to immerse yourself in the business from a leadership viewpoint. Engage in outside sales activities to promote products and services while building customer relationships. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Analyze sales data and assist in making informed business decisions. Collaborate with key leaders on projects related to sales management and operational efficiency. Participate in professional development programs, including Executive Leadership Seminars and Divisional Summits. Skills / Qualifications Required Must have or will obtain a Bachelor’s degree within six months. Must meet all Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements for operating a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs. This includes: Having an active driver’s license. Being at least 21 years of age. Obtaining a DOT medical certification. Providing documentation of previous employment. Preferred Co‑op or internship experience in a customer service, sales, production, or administrative role. A business or related academic major. A leadership/management role on campus or in extracurricular activities. Willingness to relocate regionally during or at the end of the program.
