Customer Service Sales Representative

In this role, you'll serve as a trusted resource for our customers by providing exceptional service, processing orders, resolving issues, and supporting customers throughout the entire product lifecycle. Process customer orders accurately and coordinate with internal teams to ensure on-time delivery. Assist customers with product selection, technical questions, returns, repairs, and warranty support. Resolve customer concerns while collaborating with manufacturing, shipping, logistics, and other internal teams. Maintain accurate customer records and interactions in Salesforce. Build strong customer relationships that drive satisfaction, loyalty, and repeat business. Analyze customer feedback and support trends to identify opportunities for continuous improvement. Share product updates and promotions to keep customers informed and engaged. What You'll Bring Minimum of two (2) years of customer service or technical support experience, preferably in a manufacturing or B2B environment. Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service and resolve issues effectively. Experience processing customer orders and providing post-sale support. Knowledge of fluid transfer systems or other technical products is preferred. Experience using Salesforce or a similar CRM platform. Strong communication, problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking skills. Customer-focused mindset with the ability to de-escalate issues and build positive relationships. Physical Requirements This position is performed in an office environment and requires the ability to remain in a stationary position and work at a computer for extended periods while frequently using a keyboard, telephone, and other standard office equipment. The incumbent must be able to communicate effectively with customers and coworkers in person, by telephone, and electronically.
