Restaurant Assistant Manager

Join Pizzeria Uno as a Restaurant Assistant Manager at our Tilton, NH location! This is an excellent opportunity for an entry-level assistant manager who has previous experience as a shift supervisor and is eager to grow into a well-seasoned manager long term with our company. You will play a key role in supporting the management team while gaining hands-on experience in restaurant operations and leadership. We are looking for a motivated, young professional ready to take their management career to the next level in a fast-paced and friendly environment. Responsibilities Assist the Restaurant Manager in daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient restaurant functioning Lead and motivate team members during shifts to deliver excellent customer service Support scheduling, inventory management, and cash handling procedures Maintain quality, sanitation, and safety standards throughout the restaurant Resolve guest concerns and provide a positive dining experience Train and mentor new staff members under the guidance of senior management Contribute to driving sales and meeting business goals Requirements Previous experience as a shift supervisor or equivalent in a restaurant setting Strong leadership and communication skills Willingness to learn and grow in a management role Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation preferred Benefits Competitive compensation: $52,000.00 - $63,000.00 per year, paid weekly (based on experience) Paid vacation Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance Opportunities for career advancement within Pizzeria Uno Comprehensive training and development programs Employee discounts on delicious menu items Supportive and friendly work environment About The Company At UNO, we invented the deep dish pizza — you’re welcome.
