Primary Responsibilities:Analyzing, reviewing, and forecasting data for operational and business planning to impact the health care systemPresent financial analysis and recommendations for operational and business review/planningCreate complex SQL algorithms using multiple data sets to stage or present information in a meaningful way that supports business stakeholders, investigative analysis, or business initiativesSupport short- and long-term operational/strategic business activities through analysisLeverage accepted statistical and analytical principles, tools, and techniques to identify abnormalities and/or trends in, benchmarks for, or predictive models of KPI's and healthcare trendsDesign creative and appealing solutions that maximize data visualization capabilities, in a manner that "tells the story" by simplifying the consumption of information and overall usabilityDevelop actionable insights and support the decision making process, making appropriate recommendations, using strong business acumen and understanding of what the data representsThis is a complex, fast-paced, matrixed environment with a lot of moving partsThe challenge is in developing, enhancing and maintaining operational information and modelsYou'll be expected to interpret and analyze large amounts of data from multiple sources and use it to tell a meaningful storyIndependently gather requirements for projects and leverage all resources to complete projects by expected closure datesYou’ll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.Required Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, IT, or related field of study or related Education and Experience may be substituted for one another on a year for year basis5+ years of related experience in Healthcare and/or Analytics, including Excel, BI Tools, and SQL ServerUnderstanding of financial structure and business practices of the managed care industryUnderstanding of Revenue Cycle Management business processes as related to healthcare industryWillingness and ability to adapt to changing priorities and aggressive project deadlinesPreferred Qualifcation:Full COVID-19 vaccination is an essential requirement of this role.
