Compensation: $50,000 Base Salary + Uncapped Commission, Bonuses & Incentives
First Year On-Target Earnings: $80,000-$115,000+

Territories Available:
Washington, DC | Baltimore, MD | Carroll & Howard Counties, MD

Schedule: Hybrid schedule with 1 in-office day per week and the remainder spent in the field meeting with clients and prospecting within your territory.

About the Opportunity

A growing and established business technology provider is expanding its sales team throughout the DC and Baltimore markets.

This role goes beyond traditional office equipment sales. You'll work with businesses to provide customized technology solutions including:

• Digital imaging and document management systems
• Managed IT and network services
• Cybersecurity solutions
• Electronic security products
• Workflow and office technology solutions

As a Business Technology Sales Executive, you'll focus on generating new business, developing client relationships, conducting needs assessments, presenting tailored solutions, and closing opportunities within your assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new business opportunities within your territory
• Build relationships with SMB owners and executive-level decision makers
• Conduct discovery meetings and identify client pain points
• Perform site visits and needs assessments
• Prepare proposals and present customized technology solutions
• Manage pipeline activity and maintain accurate CRM records
• Consistently achieve sales activity and revenue goals

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of B2B sales, business development, or outside sales experience
• Experience selling technology, software, services, or business solutions preferred
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to navigate objections and close business effectively
• Self-motivated with a positive, team-oriented attitude
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• College coursework or degree preferred
