This role involves internal auditing of mail kit products, providing critical feedback, and supporting our production floor to maintain excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct internal audits on mail kit products to ensure compliance with established standards and procedures.
• Understand and apply quality assurance procedures, including calibration, verification, and non-conformity processes.
• Audit jobs from various departments and generate non-conformance reports.
• Provide feedback to the QA manager on errors and support production on non-conforming product inspection.
• Validate new products and portfolios, ensuring they meet required specifications.
• Maintain a positive and collaborative attitude with co-workers.
• Be flexible with working nights and weekends for major projects.
• Work independently with minimal supervision.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Basic analytical, numerical, and reasoning abilities.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Basic math and intermediate computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 30lbs.

Preferences

• Bachelor's degree.
• Quality assurance experience.
• Proficiency in Excel or auditing experience.
