Responsibilities WHAT YOU'LL DO AS A CANYON RANCH COLLEAGUE: Serve as the first point of contact, welcoming and supporting guests as they begin their Canyon Ranch experience. Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring guest needs are met with the highest standards of hospitality. Greet guests, manage reservations, and handle inquiries efficiently and courteously. Coordinate special requests and services to enhance overall guest satisfaction. Demonstrate excellent communication, attention to detail, and a passion for creating memorable experiences. Qualifications WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL: Exhibit excellent customer service and positive interpersonal skills, including handling sensitive situations with compassion and professionalism. Develop and maintain effective relationships with all levels of management and staff. Demonstrate good judgment and maintain confidentiality as an expert in your area. Utilize organizational and computer skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as needed. Focus on the details that make guest experiences memorable and impactful.
