Staffing Recruiter Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $ 20.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift (Monday through Friday)

• Recruit, interview, and match qualified candidates with client job openings.
• Build relationships with applicants and provide outstanding customer service throughout the hiring process.
• Post jobs, source candidates, and maintain accurate applicant records.
• Coordinate interviews, onboarding, and pre-employment requirements.

Staffing Recruiter Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required; college coursework or degree preferred.
• Previous customer service, recruiting, staffing, or sales experience is a plus.
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Proficient with basic computer programs and able to learn new software quickly.
• Must pass a background check and be eligible to work in the United States.
