Assistant Vice President, Financial Planning and Analysis

The Assistant Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis leads enterprise financial planning, forecasting, and analytics initiatives that support strategic decision-making across MedStar Health. This role partners with executive leaders to develop financial insights, standardize reporting processes, and provide analysis that guides organizational priorities, budgeting, and long-term planning. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance Master's degree in Business Administration preferred Minimum of 7 years of related leadership experience in financial planning, reporting and analysis for multi-entity organization. Minimum of 10 years of experience in other relevant experience includes financial feasibility studies, capital management and hospital industry experience.
