Commercial Lines Assistant Account Manager

Assistant Account Manager Job Summary Seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Assistant Account Manager to join a Commercial Department. This full-time, salaried position plays a critical role in supporting Account Managers with servicing medium and large commercial client accounts. The Assistant Account Manager will assist with client onboarding, policy renewals, and various administrative tasks to ensure the delivery of best-in-class service. Compensation Package Salary: $50,000 - $70,000 annually Benefits Include: Paid Time Off (PTO) Profit Sharing Plan Flexible Work and Hybrid Schedules Responsibilities Assist Account Managers with client account servicing, including: Requesting and compiling pre-renewal client data Drafting proposals and summaries of insurance Processing invoices and assisting with billing reconciliations Reviewing policies for accuracy and processing changes as needed Handling mid-term policy change requests and audit processing Issuing proofs of insurance and maintaining client account details in the agency management system Support client policy renewals and remarketing efforts Onboard new clients and ensure a seamless transition Follow up on outstanding items such as policy changes, cancellations, reinstatements, and overdue payments Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to agency processes and standards Provide in-house customer service to producers and other departments Address client coverage questions and inquiries professionally Attend and participate in department and company meetings Qualifications/Requirements Required: Strong customer service mindset and skills Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities Ability to work effectively in time-sensitive environments with a sense of urgency Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team Flexibility and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced setting Proficiency in Microsoft Office #J-18808-Ljbffr Jonus Group
