Laser Operator

Job Description Job Description Overview We are seeking a skilled Laser Operator to join our team in Middletown, OH. The position will be from 8am-5pm Mon-Fri. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining laser cutting equipment to produce high-quality components for our manufacturing processes. If you have a keen eye for detail and a passion for precision, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities Set up and operate laser cutting machines according to specifications. Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine cutting requirements. Monitor machine operations to ensure optimal performance and quality standards. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on laser equipment. Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure adherence to specifications. Maintain a clean and organized work area, following safety protocols. Collaborate with team members to improve production processes and efficiency. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in laser operation is a plus. Proven experience as a laser operator or in a similar role. Strong understanding of laser cutting technology and machinery. Ability to read and interpret technical documents and schematics. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
