Immediate openings for Forklift Drivers
Shift: 12-hour rotating day shifts

We are seeking an experienced, safety-conscious Forklift Operator to join a Shipping and Receiving team in New Caney. Must be able to drive to Houston for 4-6 weeks for training.
The Forklift Operator will safely move, organize, load, and unload pallets and other materials throughout the warehouse and production areas.

This position plays an important role in keeping production lines stocked and ensuring customer trailers are loaded safely, accurately, and on schedule.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment.
• Move and position pallets, products, and materials throughout the warehouse and plant.
• Load and unload customer and carrier trailers using ramps and loading docks.
• Follow shipping orders, loading instructions, and dispatch schedules.
• Complete required pre-shift forklift inspections and safety checklists.
• Inspect equipment daily and report any mechanical or safety concerns.
• Change propane cylinders when necessary.
• Follow all warehouse traffic rules and posted speed limits.
• Use the forklift horn at corners, intersections, and other required areas.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all OSHA guidelines and company safety procedures.
• Work carefully to prevent collisions, falling materials, product damage, and workplace injuries.

Qualifications and Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous forklift operating experience required.
• Valid forklift certification preferred.
• Knowledge of powered industrial truck safety and OSHA guidelines.
• Experience loading and unloading trailers.
• Ability to work 12-hour rotating day and night shifts, including weekends as scheduled.
• Basic communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work safely in a fast-paced warehouse or manufacturing environment.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods.
• Ability to repeatedly bend, reach, twist, and climb on and off equipment.
• Ability to work around moving machinery, warehouse traffic, and varying temperatures.
• Ability to lift and move materials as required by the position.

Candidates must live within a reasonable commuting distance of the job site in Montgomery County and have reliable transportation
