Interpret and manage Philips monitoring systems and titratable drips. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including respiratory therapists and monitor techs. Float to various levels of care as required, taking full team responsibility. Requirements Current BLS (AHA) certification required; ACLS preferred, CCRN a plus. Minimum of 2 years of CVICU experience with ICU travel assignments. Strong critical thinking, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stress environment with complex patient care needs.
