Team Leader

A Team Leader is one who consistently demonstrates our core values, embraces the Chick-fil-A culture and has a servant’s heart. Our Team Leaders are responsible for supporting senior leadership in executing daily operations and keeping team members accountable for each component of Operational Excellence and our Recipe for Service. A Team Leader’s two main areas of focus are completing tasks so that the restaurant runs effectively, and coaching/developing team members. Team Leaders lead by example and set the tone that others will follow. Position Key Responsibilities: Oversee and lead the specific and general duties of restaurant operations. Lead with humility. Responsible for maintaining strict adherence to local and state food safety procedures. Shift management: setting up the shift and sending breaks. Celebrate the success while still maintaining accountability and procedure with team members. Exhibit our Core Values and 2nd Mile Service qualities on a day-to-day basis. Ensure that Chick-fil-A Lumberton is meeting and exceeding all Chick-fil-A standards and locational goals. Build strong relationships with the leadership team as well as the team members. Ensure that everyone displays a professional attitude at all times. Ensure overall cleanliness, stock, and organization of the restaurant.
