The Senior Business Analyst supports data-driven decision-making by analyzing business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and implementing effective technical and analytical solutions. This role works closely with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into scalable systems, improve operational efficiency, and support strategic initiatives across the organization. This is a 1-2 month contract opportunity with one of Arctiq's clients. Candidates must be able to work onsite daily in Suwanee, GA. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs, define requirements, and support implementation of technology and analytics solutions. Analyze workflows, systems, and data to identify process improvements and operational efficiencies. Document business requirements, procedures, and system processes to ensure clear communication and alignment across teams. Coordinate testing efforts, including quality assurance and user acceptance testing, to ensure solutions meet project objectives. Track and resolve technical issues while communicating insights and recommendations to leadership. Support project coordination by maintaining documentation, schedules, and updates related to project milestones and deliverables. Promote continuous improvement by evaluating current processes and implementing enhancements that improve system performance and quality assurance. Requirements Minimum of four years of experience in business analysis, systems analysis, or process improvement. Knowledge of Power BI, SQL, and R would be a plus Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively across teams. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred Arctiq is an equal opportunity employer.
