Description

We are seeking an experienced Allergy Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) for a full-time position in an outpatient setting in Saratoga Springs, NY. The role involves varied weekday shifts and one weekend day per month. Candidates should have experience or a strong interest in managing allergic and immunologic conditions.

Requirements

Evaluate and manage patients with allergic and immunologic conditions. Conduct and interpret various allergy tests. Administer allergen and oral immunotherapy under protocols. Develop treatment plans and educate patients on allergy management. Manage acute allergic reactions in an outpatient setting. Collaborate with physicians and clinical team for patient care. Maintain accurate documentation in electronic medical records.

Qualifications

Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with an active state license. Master's degree from an accredited NP or PA program. Minimum of 12 years of experience in allergy, immunology, or primary care. Strong clinical assessment and communication skills. Compassionate and detail-oriented with a focus on patient-centered care. Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends.
