Accountant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced professional to manage financial records, process payroll, and handle various accounting tasks. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and the ability to work flexibly to meet the needs of our organization.

Function

Manage General Ledgers, Bank Reconciliations, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable. Process payroll efficiently. Handle bill payments. Maintain regular communication with advisors. Prepare wires, ACH payments, and checks. Ensure flexible availability to meet organizational needs.

Requirements

• 2 years of experience as a Full-Charge Bookkeeper in a mid-sized CPA or Business Management Accounting firm required.
• Proficiency with Paychex.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Experience with Ajilink, DataFaction, and DF Imaging a plus.
