The ideal candidate will have adolescent/juvenile psychiatry experience, strong assessment and medication management skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a structured care setting. Responsibilities • Provide scheduled on-site psychiatric evaluations, assessments, and treatment services. • Conduct suicide and self-harm risk assessments and provide appropriate treatment recommendations. • Provide psychiatric medication evaluation, prescribing, adjustment, and monitoring. • Issue written medication orders for administration and dispensation as clinically appropriate. • Develop and document medication monitoring plans, including side effects and lab needs. • Meet individually with youth to provide psychiatric treatment services. • Collaborate with staff to support treatment planning and continuity of care. • Provide consultation to support treatment planning and behavior management. • Provide off-site consultation as needed, including during psychiatric emergencies. • Maintain timely, accurate, and professional documentation of all patient contacts. • Meet required caseload, clinical, and documentation deadlines. • Comply with all applicable laws, policies, and professional standards.aa415a4b-8b21-40fc-a65c-70d2b25ca29a
