We're currently recruiting a Primary Care (Family Medicine or Internal Medicine) Physician for Froedert West Bend Health Center located in West Bend, WI.

The Froedert Primary Care practice is very collegial, collaborative, and consultative with exceptional support staff. The Froedert & Medical College of Wisconsin Community Physician network is a partnership between Froedert ThedaCare Health and the Medical College of Wisconsin supporting a shared mission of patient care, innovation, medical research, and education.

Our health network operates Eastern Wisconsin's only academic medical center and adult Level I Trauma center engaged in thousands of clinical trials and studies. Enjoy autonomy with the benefit of a large hospital system and an academic affiliation with the Medical College of Wisconsin.

Qualifications:

• Must obtain Wisconsin Medical Licensure
• Board Certified or Board Eligible (If Board eligible must obtain certification within 2 years of employment)
• Preferred training in Family Medicine, Med/Peds, or Internal Medicine
