Hampton Inn Jacksonville-Anniston Area is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper / Room Attendant to join our hospitality team. In this role, you will be responsible for cleaning guest rooms, maintaining hotel cleanliness, and responding to guest requests to deliver outstanding customer service. We have both full-time and part-time shifts available, flexible scheduling, paid time off, and employee discounts. This is an in-person hotel job opportunity focused on environmental services, housekeeping, and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms as assigned including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, and vacuuming

• Change and replenish bed linens, towels, and guest amenities as needed

• Perform deep cleaning tasks of hotel rooms and common areas as required

• Stock, maintain, and transport housekeeping supply carts on a daily basis

• Dispose of trash, waste, and recyclables properly

• Respond to special guest requests in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner

Qualifications

• Strong dedication to hospitality and delivering exceptional customer service

• Ability to work with integrity, teamwork, and a strong sense of ownership

• High level of dependability, productivity, quality focus, and adaptability

• Ability to meet the physical demands of hotel cleaning, including standing, bending, and lifting

• Previous experience in cleaning, hotel housekeeping, or maid service preferred but not required
