Property Management Intern

Kimco Realty Corp. We're seeking smart, driven candidates who are passionate about beginning a career in real estate. This Summer internship will involve working approximately 40 hours per week for a duration of approximately 8 weeks, with flexible start and end dates. Interns will be paid an hourly rate of $20 an hour. Responsibilities Assist with specialty leasing and tenant compliance projects. Draft tenant correspondence regarding lease violations and unauthorized uses. Support the preparation of the 2028 operating budget. Compile backup documentation and financial support materials for budget reviews. Create and maintain PowerPoint presentations related to the budgeting process. Provide administrative and project support for special initiatives within the Property Management Department. Assist with research, reporting, data analysis, and other projects assigned by the Property Management team.
