The ideal candidate will be able to support the company’s vision, manage duties & staff in accordance with company policy, be a proactive team member, uphold client satisfaction, and able to multi-task successfully. As aSenior Engineer, this candidate will support the Principal Geotechnical Engineer and have experience supporting geotechnical investigations including field and office duties. This position requires capabilities of being able to balance project needs and client expectations. The Senior Engineer reports to the President and is expected to have strong management abilities. Accomplishes success in the position by embracing company goals, working with other departments, inspiring assigned staff & driving for positive relationships with peers, coworkers, clients, field personnel, and senior management.
