Job Description

Pay & Perks $23/hour starting pay (minimal experience) Higher pay for experienced operators $3/hour night shift differential $2,500 Sign-On Bonus Monthly bonus program 401(k) with company match Schedule 2-2-3 schedule (12-hour shifts) Work only half the month Built-in days off + predictable rotation Operate loaders, haul trucks, dozers, skid steers, and excavators Perform equipment inspections and basic maintenance Monitor operations for safety and efficiency Complete daily production and inspection reports Assist with plant cleanup and material handling
