Enterprise Systems Specialist ERP / CRM

Job Summary (Enterprise Systems Specialist ERP / CRM) Act as the subject matter expert for company ERP, CRM, and enterprise reporting systems. Configure, maintain, and optimize ERP and CRM applications to ensure peak performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and develop system solutions. Develop interfaces, dashboards, reports, and workflows using Python, Power BI, and Microsoft Fabric. Provide training and support to end-users to maximize system adoption and utilization. Ensure data integrity, and manage data migration and integration between applications and business tools. Participate in system upgrades, testing, and implementation of new features or modules. Document processes, configurations, and best practices for future reference. Leverage strong technical, analytical, and process improvement skills to enhance operational efficiency and business performance. Preferred experience with open-source ERP/CRM (Odoo) and project/workflow management tools (Smartsheet). #J-18808-Ljbffr Largeton Group
