Whether your journey with us lasts two days or two years, we value your contribution.What You'll Do as a Maintenance Technician:Set up and prepare production machinery for scheduled manufacturing runsComplete preventive maintenance to help reduce equipment downtime and maintain production schedulesDiagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment issuesRespond to unexpected equipment breakdowns and perform timely repairs to restore productionRepair, rebuild, and maintain production and packaging machineryUse equipment manuals, work orders, and maintenance instructions to identify service and repair requirementsAssist with general building and facility maintenance when neededFollow OSHA requirements, plant safety procedures, and required PPE guidelinesDocument maintenance activities and utilize preventive maintenance database systemsSkills and ExperienceHigh school diploma or equivalent required; apprenticeship or technical training preferred2+ years of industrial maintenance, machine repair, or related hands-on experienceStrong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skillsExperience working with electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systemsKnowledge of production machinery, tools, equipment setup, repair, and preventive maintenanceAbility to read and understand equipment manuals, work orders, and maintenance instructionsBasic computer skills, including email and preventive maintenance software/database systemsAbility to safely use hand and power toolsAbility to regularly stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 poundsWillingness to assist with emergency or unscheduled equipment repairs as neededBenefitsWeekly pay$5 prescription drugs$5 doctor's visit copaysFree teledoctor serviceFree counseling servicesLife insurance includedVision insurance includedDental insurance includedVacation and holiday payScholarship Opportunities401(k) retirement planFree legal servicesOur unbeatable employee discount programApply today with ?nin Staffing Mt.
