Facility Manager

Our client, a leader in facilities management, is seeking a Facilities Manager to join their team. As a Facilities Manager , you will be part of the Facilities Management Department supporting operational excellence and safety. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Facilities Manager

Location: Beckley, WV

Pay: $55-$57/hr.

This position is a hospital position. Candidates need to have experience in the healthcare field.

What's the Job?

• Supervise and direct the plant operations team to ensure efficient maintenance, safety, and regulatory compliance programs are executed effectively.

• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of contractual agreements and ensure adherence to all relevant policies and procedures.

• Manage financial performance related to operational facilities spend, ensuring compliance with budgets and reporting requirements.

• Track performance metrics, analyze trends, and develop action plans to improve KPI/SLA standards for plant operations and engineering services.

• Oversee vendor performance, support maintenance projects, and ensure the delivery of high-quality facility management services.

What's Needed?

• Minimum of 5+ years experience in facility management, plant operations, engineering, or maintenance supervision.

• Proven managerial experience with responsibilities in budgeting and personnel management.

• Strong organizational skills and experience managing both technical and administrative staff within matrixed organizations.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and effectively.

• Proficiency in MS Office, MS SharePoint, and CMMS/Work Order systems.
