Overview Adoration Home Health is seeking a passionate, dedicated Home Health Physical Therapist to join our team in San Antonio, TX. The Home Health PT provides expert, patient-centered care and collaborates as part of the treatment team. Schedule & Coverage Coverage area: San Antonio and surrounding areas. Schedule: Baylor – Weekends, 3 12‑hour shifts or 4 10‑hour shifts.
