Schedule Monday‑Thursday Responsibilities Conduct thorough dental examinations, diagnose oral health issues, and develop treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs. Perform various dental procedures such as fillings, extractions, root canals, crowns, bridges, and cosmetic dentistry to restore and enhance oral health. Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices, preventive care, and post‑treatment maintenance to promote long‑term oral health. Lead the practice alongside dental assistants, hygienists, and other staff members to ensure smooth patient care and treatment coordination. Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including treatment plans, procedures performed, and patient progress. Stay updated on advancements in dentistry, attend seminars, and pursue ongoing education to provide the latest and best treatments. Adhere to ethical and legal standards, following regulatory guidelines and ensuring patient confidentiality. Communicate effectively with patients, explaining procedures, addressing concerns, and ensuring they feel informed and comfortable throughout their treatment.
