Territory Manager
The Territory Manager for StockCap/GripWorks will be responsible for expanding and managing an existing territory with a diverse customer base. The role involves leveraging skills and experience to drive growth, supported by comprehensive training, a modern production facility, and a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
Responsibilities Will Include But Not Be Limited To:
- Achieving and exceeding annual sales targets
- Prospecting for new business, and nurturing strong, lasting customer relationships
- Collaborating with the support team to develop new business, create strategies to improve margins and market share, and provide realistic sales forecasts
- Keep up to date on emerging markets, product trends, and competition
- Handle incoming sales calls and forward qualified inquiries to the Business Development Manager
- Other related duties may also be required
The role requires strong organizational and multitasking abilities, attention to detail, and self-motivation. Key skills include excellent communication and listening, negotiation, technical knowledge, and a customer-focused approach with problem-solving capabilities. The ideal candidate must also be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
