The Work: You will advise senior business leaders across the Americas Market Unit on sales training needs and priorities. Working with the Sales Excellence team, you will identify capability gaps, recommend relevant training, and help evolve and deliver programs that improve sales performance. You will partner with leaders, coordinate stakeholders, onboard faculty, engage learners, and ensure participants are prepared to get value from each program. You will: Build trusted relationships with senior leaders and understand their business and sales goals. Use standard tools and assets to plan, develop, and manage sales training programs. Deliver high-quality Sales Excellence training experiences and recommend improvements based on stakeholder needs. Develop expertise in Sales Excellence training offerings and support assigned client groups, regions, or practices. Collaborate with Sales, practitioners, and Corporate Functions to advance training priorities. Apply the Sales Excellence Offering Catalog to match training solutions to business needs, with guidance from the lead. Job Requirements: Ability to work flexible hours based on business needs. Reliable internet access and a distraction-free remote work environment, in line with local guidelines. Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree Minimum of 5 years of experience in Change Management, Program / Project Management, or Training Minimum of 4 years’ stakeholder management Preferred Skills: Fluency in spoken and written English. Experience with transformation / behavioral change Large scale training programs for 1000+ participants Familiarity with Accenture sales processes, tools, Sales Excellence support, and Sales GenAI tools. Experience in Sales and/or Consulting Interacting with senior leadership stakeholders Familiarity with Accenture’s business model, pricing strategy, and profitability levers.
