Staff Accountant

AP/AR Accounting Clerk

Location: Mira Loma, CA – On-Site

Pay: $25–$29/hour

Schedule: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with overtime as needed

We are seeking an experienced AP/AR Accounting Clerk to support day-to-day accounting operations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with both domestic and international transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
• Bank reconciliations
• Credit card reconciliations
• Month-end accounting support
• Prepare and post journal entries
• General ledger maintenance
• Process cash receipts and remittances
• Assist with domestic and international transactions
• Currency exchange transactions
• Calculate and process sales royalties/commissions
• E-commerce reporting and accounting support
• RMA and debit memo support
• Maintain accurate accounting records and documentation

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of relevant accounting experience
• Strong AP/AR and reconciliation experience
• Proficient in Excel, including PivotTables
• Experience with QuickBooks and ERP systems
• Strong understanding of general ledger and basic accounting principles
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Professional written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work overtime as needed
