Role Overview:

As an Outpatient Physical Therapist, you will provide exceptional care to outpatient patients. Your duties will include:

• Performing initial evaluations and creating personalized treatment plans for each patient.
• Administering various therapeutic interventions, including exercises and modalities.
• Educating patients on exercise programs, posture correction, and injury prevention.
• Collaborating with the care team for comprehensive patient care.
• Monitoring patient progress and adjusting treatments as necessary.
• Maintaining accurate documentation and ensuring a safe environment.
• Offering patient education on rehabilitation and injury prevention.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Prefer prior experience in outpatient physical therapy.
• Licensure: Must hold or be eligible for a valid Physical Therapist license.
• Education: Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent from an accredited program.
• Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and patient care skills.
• Patient Care: Ability to provide quality care for a range of patients.
• Physical Demands: Must be able to lift independently and move patients.
