Job Description

The FOH Supervisor acts as the BOH and FOH liaison to operations and is the point person for delivering exceptional hospitality and customer service to guests ordering food at Regatta Grove. The position requires someone who can multi-task and be pro-active directing customers on how to order items and answer any guest questions about the dining options and experience. Assists BOH with restocking and maintaining togo supplies as well as updating the POS system to ensure item accuracy. This person is also responsible for helping to direct food runners to deliver food to our guests and communicating as needed to management. The position requires the supervisor to also maintain excellent food knowledge to assist and answer guest questions for the BOH operations. The person must be comfortable working in a casual upscale outdoor bar/nightlife environment, be comfortable operating with radios/ear pieces and must be available to work late nights, weekends, holidays, and private events with advance notice. Must be able to left objects up to 40lbs and have the ability to stand for 10 hours or more during a shift.

Job Duties

· Maintains ordering & restocking togo silverware supplies and inventory
· Radio Communication point person to food runners and management
· Assists with delivering food to guests
· Updates menu item counts and out of stock items in point of sale system
· Assist guests in ordering and placing food orders
· Provides detailed food menu descriptions and recommendations to guests
· Assists BOH Kitchen Team executing banquet event orders
· Helps maintain cleanliness and organization within designated areas
· Provides end of the night reports to executive management team

Responsibilities

· Provides exceptional hospitality to guests to our company standards and core values
· Ensures all togo supplies are ordered and are available for each shift
· Maintains visibility throughout the entire shift to assist guests with ordering
· Coordinates and directs food runners to ensure food is delivered to guests in a timely manner
· Focuses on customer experience and assists educating the customers on how and where to order food
· Posses excellent menu knowledge including allergy and dietary restriction information and awareness
· Assists BOH staff with delivering food and organizing orders
· Provides excellent communication skills between management companies to ensure smooth operational execution
