Assistant General Manager

Position: Assistant General Manager Born and brewed in Southern California since 1963, The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf has become one of the world’s largest specialty coffee and tea retailers with a global presence. Responsibilities Lead by example, advocating for the team by driving sales and service performance through coaching and training. Be a coffee & tea expert, sharing passion and expertise with the team and guests. Generate new guests, attracting them to online and to the store. Ensure safety by maintaining a safe store environment and caring for employees and guests. Assist the General Manager in managing a profitable store by tracking sales, overseeing day‑to‑day operations, and supporting store growth operationally. Create memorable experiences with visual merchandising and product placement. Act as the face of CBTL to build store presence by connecting with the local community to attract and retain talent.
