Instrument Assembler 1

Roles & Responsibilities

• Maintain supplies of major and minor ingredients in designated bins and hoppers.
• Ensure oil systems and process oil supplies are maintained for production needs.
• Supply minor ingredient bags to the 2nd-floor Banbury production area.
• Maintain proper lot and batch traceability records.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and free from contamination risks.
• Dispose of waste and trash in assigned areas following company procedures.
• Maintain equipment cleanliness, especially around oil, cardboard, dust, and foreign materials.
• Follow all safety, environmental, and QSR procedures.
• Frequently lift, push, and pull materials over 50 lbs without assistance.
• Use stairs and steps frequently during daily operations.

Experience Required

• Minimum 2–3 years of manufacturing experience required.
• Experience in production, assembly, material handling, or industrial environments preferred.
• Experience working in physically demanding environments is a plus.

Eligibilities & qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work rotating 12-hour shifts.
• Comfortable working in varying temperature environments.
• Ability to work around chemical dust exposure.
