Assertive Community Treatment Team Leader

Team Leader Position

Team leader, shall be full-time LMHP with three years of work experience in the provision of mental health services to adults with serious mental illness.

Duties:

Assist with the implementation of daily program structure to include treatment and case management services.
Ensure that support specialist prepare all reports on client treatment progress.
Act as contact person for all client related needs
Provide overall supervision on support specialist, ensuring the teachings of daily living skills and treatment, and implementing the program structure
Assist support specialists with providing thorough and intensive case management to clients
Develop treatment teams to assist with monitoring client's behavior
Review staff's documentation and monitoring of client's status in daily progress notes
Guide support specialist with developing social and daily living skills for clients
Ability to provide transportation to clients as needed
Implement standards of ethics
Act on reports of abuse, abandonment, or other allegations
Assist with the coordination of admission and intake of new clients
Maintain consistent communication with probation officers, social workers, families, community, and referents
Coordinate licensing and guidelines for the community mental health program
