Assertive Community Treatment Team Leader

Team Leader Position

Team leader, shall be full-time LMHP with three years of work experience in the provision of mental health services to adults with serious mental illness.

Duties:

• Assist with the implementation of daily program structure to include treatment and case management services.
• Ensure that support specialist prepare all reports on client treatment progress.
• Act as contact person for all client related needs
• Provide overall supervision on support specialist, ensuring the teachings of daily living skills and treatment, and implementing the program structure
• Assist support specialists with providing thorough and intensive case management to clients
• Develop treatment teams to assist with monitoring client's behavior
• Review staff's documentation and monitoring of client's status in daily progress notes
• Guide support specialist with developing social and daily living skills for clients
• Ability to provide transportation to clients as needed
• Implement standards of ethics
• Act on reports of abuse, abandonment, or other allegations
• Assist with the coordination of admission and intake of new clients
• Maintain consistent communication with probation officers, social workers, families, community, and referents
• Coordinate licensing and guidelines for the community mental health program
