HR Assistant

Job Description

Cardinal Staffing Services, is immediately hiring a part-time HR Assistent for a client in Tiffin, OH. As an HR Assistant , you'll provide support in all areas including recruitment and hr administrative tasks. This role ensures HR processes and procedures are effectively implemented, compliant with company policies, and aligned with federal and state regulations. Cardinal Staffing Services, is invested in their team members! All temporary employees are offered competitive compensation ($22/hour) as well as a benefits package including health insurance (medical, dental, and vision). Generous referral bonuses are available upon hire. Available shifts include 1st shift. Duties and Responsibilities:

• Recruitment - end-to-end recruitment across all of their locations
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with the plant and corporate hiring managers
• Maintain, organize, and update HR files

Requirements and Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior HR experience required
• Knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite and HRIS systems
