Qualifications:

• Experience as a paraprofessional, especially in school settings, is preferred
• Comfortable working with elementary-aged children
• Ability to assist students individually or in small groups
• Willingness to work in both self-contained and general education classrooms as needed
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Dependable and able to maintain confidentiality

Responsibilities:

• Provide classroom support to teachers and students
• Assist with individualized instruction and classroom activities
• Support students with academic, behavioral, and social needs
• Help implement classroom routines and behavior plans
• Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment
• Supervise students during classroom and non-classroom activities
