Director, Operations, Earnings Excellence

Oversee all aspects of global contractor earnings operations, designing and implementing strategies, systems, and standards that ensure payments are accurate, timely, and fully compliant with regulatory requirements across multiple markets.At least 12 years of progressive experience in contractor earnings operations or financial disbursements, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership capacity managing large-scale, complex operations.- Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional initiatives involving data governance, compliance, and technology, with the ability to solve complex problems and implement sustainable, enterprise-wide improvements.- Strong operational excellence mindset, with hands-on experience using methodologies like Lean or Six Sigma to standardize workflows, drive measurable improvements, and minimize organizational risk.- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels, build effective partnerships, and drive a culture rooted in integrity, ethics, and continuous improvement.*The above information has been designed to indicatecontainrequired of employees assigned to this job.
